Laigo (“the app”) is a brick-building game operated by Turnalabs (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have.
Account information. Signing in is optional and uses Sign in with Apple or Google. From that provider we receive an account identifier and an email address (with Sign in with Apple this may be a private relay address). We never see your Apple or Google password. You can choose a display name; it is stored with your account.
Build progress. When you are signed in, we store the models you start and finish, your results (stars, time and hints used), your in-game balances (studs and hint tokens), your weekly league standing and your builder level, so they follow you across devices.
Purchase information. Laigo Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we and our subscription provider, RevenueCat, receive purchase records and subscription status linked to your account — never your payment card details.
Your settings (sound, haptics, appearance, building mode) and, while you are signed out, your whole build history are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.
Only to run the game: to sync your progress between devices, to keep your balances and league standing correct, to know whether you have Laigo Pro, and to answer you when you contact support. We do not use it for advertising and do not build profiles of you.
The weekly league ranks players by XP. Laigo shows other players only as a position and an XP total; it does not show their names, and it does not show yours to them.
Each handles data only to provide its service to us. We do not share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
We keep your account data while your account exists. To delete it, open Builder → Settings → Delete account in the app. This removes your account and the progress, balances and league records stored with it. Purchase records may be kept where the law or Apple requires it. To cancel a subscription, use your Apple Account settings — deleting your Laigo account does not cancel it.
Laigo is made for a general audience and is suitable for all ages. It is fully playable without an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to how it is used. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app.
