One model in every world is free to build, in both Guided and Challenge mode. Laigo Pro unlocks all 30 models, the daily build and assembly videos. It is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly, monthly or yearly; the price for your region is shown in the app before you buy.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account, not by us. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Laigo. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. You can also reach this from inside Laigo: Builder → Settings → Manage membership.
Open any locked model and tap Restore on the Laigo Pro screen. If that does not unlock it, email us with the Apple Account email you bought with and we will sort it out.
No. Laigo is fully playable without one, and your progress is saved on your device. Signing in with Apple or Google lets your progress follow you to another device.
In the app, go to Builder → Settings → Delete account. This deletes your account and everything stored with it on our servers. Progress saved only on your device stays there until you delete the app.
Make sure the brick is turned to match the slot — twist it with two fingers. If a specific model is stuck, tell us which one and at which step, and we will look at it directly.
